Shipping policy
INTRODUCTION
This policy outlines delivery methods, timeframes, and charges for orders of AXD products via our website, telephone, or email.
FREE DELIVERY
Unless otherwise stated, we provide free standard delivery for orders over GBP 500 (plus. VAT) to mainland UK addresses, and for orders over GBP 1,100 (plus. VAT) to mainland UK addresses, Scotland and some addresses in Wales. All other orders incur a fee as outlined on product descriptions.
GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS
We primarily deliver to England, Scotland, and Wales, including some outlying islands. If your intended location is outside our usual remit, we will contact you before your order is completed.
DELIVERY MEHTOD & TIMEFRAMES
Delivery times vary based on location:
Mainland UK: Typically, delivery takes a few days to two weeks.
UK islands and Scotland: Delivery may take over three weeks.
Delivery schedules are assigned based on postcode.
Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
Contact us for more accurate timings or expedited delivery if your project is time sensitive.

DELIVERY TRACKING
Tracking is not available for all orders by default unless specified otherwise on product pages. If you need to track your order due to special circumstances and project timelines, we can provide this at request. Please contact one of our sales representatives at sales@axdcollections.com.
RECEIPT & SIGNATURE
Due to the high value nature of most of our products, all deliveries require a signature from someone aged 18+ or the item will be returned to our depots.
Customers must confirm the receipt of items on the delivery note.
POST-DELIVERY CHECKS
Customers must inspect items within 72 hours for any discrepancies or damages.
Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly.
Failure to do so may void the ability to request refunds or exchanges depending on the nature of the goods.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERIES
Due to the high value nature of our products All additional delivery attempts incur charges. No Exemptions.
COLLECTION
Due to the high value nature of our products we cannot allow you to collect them unless specifically requested by you in writing. Such requests will be honoured at our discretion but we reserve the right to refuse collection requests without reason.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Contact us if you encounter any delivery issues. Due to the high value nature of our products, a senior members of our company will investigate the reason for any delivery problems and rectification will be provided if fault is on our part.
No rectification will be provided if we have legitimate reason to believe fault is on the customer's part.
Situations where delivery failure is the customer's responsibility include providing incorrect addresses, not notifying us of inaccessible addresses, not providing correct contact details at time of order or subsequent correspondence prior to dispatch or if no one is available to accept delivery at the allotted time.

Our furniture celebrates the natural wood grains and textures of the environment around us. We hand select wood that will lend warmth, durability and character to every table. An elegant handmade dining table made from kiln dried solid Ash boards which goes through our rigorous manufacturing procedures to get the beautiful dining tables we produce.
Ash is a stunning hardwood timber that has some incredible grain running through it which is highlighted from a real fine sanding finish and Osmo oil on top.
Emulating an oak colour and finish (but with less of a price tag) this hardwood dining table with inverted black X-legs as standard is a great addition to any dining area and with the nature of the hardwood will stand the test of time without twisting or splitting.
The timber top is a sturdy 50mm and the legs are made from 80x40 steel. Everything you see with this dining table is made by hand in our workshop in Nottingham and delivered and assembled to your home anywhere in the UK.
There are no colour variations to this table and is a completely natural finish without a colour or wax hindering its beauty, so if you require a different colour please do get in touch.
We can do matching benches and bench with backs upon request and also have a wide range of chairs available too.
