Shipping policy
INTRODUCTION
This policy outlines delivery methods, timeframes, and charges for orders of AXD products via our website, telephone, or email.
FREE DELIVERY
Unless otherwise stated, we provide free standard delivery for all orders to UK Mainland addresses. For Deliveries to areas outside the mainland, such as Scotland and some addresses in Wales, orders may incur a fee. You will be contacted if this is the case before your payment is captured allowing you to cancel your order if you are unhappy.
GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS
We primarily deliver to England, Scotland, and Wales, including some outlying islands. If your intended location is outside our usual remit, we will contact you before your order is completed. We can Ship worldwide, but we only do this after direct communication with customers with a mutually agreed carrier.
DELIVERY MEHTOD & TIMEFRAMES
Delivery times vary based on location:
Mainland UK: Typically, delivery takes a few days to two weeks.
UK islands and Scotland: Delivery may take over three weeks depending on your location, but we will strive to make it as fast as possible.
Delivery schedules are assigned based on distance from our warehouses/storage facilities.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are in no way guaranteed. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, your payment will not be accepted and you will be contacted personally to confirm your funds have not be received by us.
Contact us for more accurate timings or expedited delivery if your project is time sensitive. We pride ourselves on being very amenable and reactive.

DELIVERY TRACKING
Tracking is not available for all orders by default, but the majority of orders will receive tracking information, unless specified otherwise on product pages. If you absolutely must have means to track your order due to special circumstances and project timelines, we can provide this at request. Please contact one of our sales representatives at sales@axdcollections.com.
RECEIPT & SIGNATURE
Due to the high value nature of most of our products, all deliveries must be received by someone aged 18+ or the item will be returned to our depots.
Customers must provide proof of receipt of items to enable any returns or refund processes.
POST-DELIVERY CHECKS
Customers must inspect items within 72 hours for any discrepancies or damages.
Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly.
Failure to do so may void the ability to request refunds or exchanges depending on the nature of the goods. Some goods cannot be returned, and you will be made aware of this before your payment is accepted by us.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERIES
Due to the high value nature of our products, and unless our carriers have means to facilitate a free re-attempted delivery, All additional delivery attempts incur charges. No Exemptions.
COLLECTION
Due to the high value nature of our products we cannot allow you to collect them unless specifically requested by you in writing. Such requests will be honoured at our discretion but we reserve the right to refuse collection requests without reason.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Contact us if you encounter any delivery issues. Due to the high value nature of our products, a senior members of our company will investigate the reason for any delivery problems and rectification will be provided if fault is on our part.
No rectification will be provided if we have legitimate reason to believe fault is on the customer's part. We will provide evidence of this decision.
Situations where delivery failure is the customer's responsibility include providing incorrect addresses, not notifying us of inaccessible addresses if this is obvious, not providing correct contact details at time of order or subsequent correspondence prior to dispatch or if no one is available to accept delivery at the allotted time.
We are very amenable and understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to keep our customers happy, so just ask for help and we will do our utmost for you.
